What this service is

Sowmly is a price comparison platform. We do not sell, own or ship the products listed. Any purchase is between you and the shop, under that shop's own terms of sale, warranty and returns.

Price accuracy

Prices and stock are entered by shops and can change at any time. Each offer shows when it was last updated. The binding price is the one the shop confirms at purchase; we do not warrant that an offer shown here is still current.

Reservations

The "Reserve over WhatsApp" button sends an expression of interest to the shop. It is not a contract of sale and binds neither party. A shop may decline or amend it.

Shop obligations

Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their prices, listings and images, and for holding the rights to use them. Any listing found to be wrong or misleading is withdrawn.

Acceptable use

Automated extraction, republication, or reuse of this site's content to build a competing service is not permitted. Individual prices are facts; assembling and organising them is our work.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the data accurate, but we are not liable for losses arising from a stale price, a withdrawn offer, or a dealing with a shop.
